Acceptance of Terms

By creating an organization account or joining a campaign as a tester on earlyuser.app, you agree to these terms.

Accounts & Roles

Every organization account has one of two roles:

• Owner: manages campaigns, invites testers, and regenerates API keys.
• Tester: has read-only access to campaign information, can submit feedback, post to discussion boards, and manage their own stats.

An organization owner may not add themselves to their own project's tester pool.

Subscription Tiers & Billing

earlyuser.app is offered on two tiers, billed per organization:

• Starter — $0/month: 1 project, 50 testers, 100 webhook dispatches/month.
• Professional — $29/month: unlimited projects, 1,000 testers, unlimited webhooks.

[LEGAL REVIEW: no payment processor is selected or implemented yet. This section can only state the tier and cap facts above — chargeback, dispute, and auto-renewal mechanics need to be added once a processor is chosen.]

API Usage & Webhooks

Organizations are responsible for how they configure and use webhook payloads and any third-party integrations they connect (Slack, Discord, Zapier, Make, n8n, GitHub Actions, or custom endpoints).

Acceptable Use

• No scraping or automated bulk extraction of campaign or tester data.
• No abuse of the intake API or webhook system.
• No harassment or abusive conduct in discussion boards.

Intellectual Property

Organizations retain ownership of their own campaign and tester data. earlyuser.app claims no ownership over content organizations or testers submit through the platform.

Beta Software & Assumption of Risk

Campaigns run on earlyuser.app may involve pre-release, beta, or otherwise unfinished software provided by organizations. earlyuser.app is not the developer of that software and makes no representations about its quality, safety, security, or fitness for use. Organizations and testers use tested products at their own risk. earlyuser.app is not a party to, and is not responsible for enforcing, any agreement between an organization and its testers regarding rewards, compensation, or the product being tested.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold earlyuser.app harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or content you submit through the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including abuse of the intake API, webhook system, or discussion boards, or non-payment of fees. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately; we are not obligated to retain or provide access to campaign or tester data after termination beyond what applicable law requires.

Disclaimer of Warranties

earlyuser.app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, earlyuser.app is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement & No Waiver

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and earlyuser.app regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including outages or failures of Cloudflare or other third-party infrastructure we rely on.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
